Törökbálint Gemeente's education, care, and social services institutions catering services provision in the contract, starting from the 6th working day after the contract comes into effect, with the first month's menu to be handed over to the Inviting Party at the time of contract signing. Provision of catering services: preparation of meals by the winning bidder in their own facility, daily and per portion delivery (hereinafter jointly: catering) to the educational, care, and social services institutions of Törökbálint Gemeente, including the delivery of dietetic and food allergy meals as defined in the 37/2014. (IV.30.) EMMI decree, as well as the removal of food waste at least 3 times a week. The winning bidder is obliged to provide the service subject to the public procurement procedure in the invitation, the documentation, and the contract draft specified, as well as the relevant laws, standards, other regulations, and quality requirements. The Inviting Party's task extends to all tasks defined in the invitation and documentation, even if the contract to be concluded does not contain them; and possibly also to those tasks that the contract contains, but the task description does not. The Inviting Party operates a self-service system at the following locations: 2045 Törökbálint, Óvoda u. 6. (Bálint Márton Primary School and Gymnasium location) 2045 Törökbálint, Dózsa Gy.u.15. (Zimándy Ignác Primary School) – upper grade Regarding these institutions, the winning bidder must determine the quantity of food to be delivered, which is entirely the responsibility of the winning bidder. 443,93 persons/day is the quantity of catering with self-service. The winning Bidder is obliged to implement the so-called “Taste Base” program at the self-service canteens (with a mandatory commitment once a month) • Children get to know vegetables, fruits, grains, and protein sources in a playful, interactive way. • Raise awareness among children about the basic principles of healthy eating. • Present the diversity of domestic, seasonal raw materials, their taste and physiological effects. The winning Bidder is obliged to deliver the meals for the Supporting Hand Service provided social catering in pre-portioned, single-serving, closed, food safety-compliant packaging. The meals provided within the social catering are handed over in the form of shock-frozen, chilled ready-to-eat meals. The winning Bidder is obliged to ensure that the preparation, packaging, storage, and transport of the meals comply fully with the relevant food safety and temperature regulations. The winning Bidder is obliged to provide the Inviting Party with an IT catering module that fully complies with the task definition contained in the public procurement documentation. The winning Bidder is obliged to ensure that the energy requirement per person is provided daily, taking into account the energy requirement values specified in the 37/2014. (IV. 30.) EMMI decree 5. § (2)-(2a) and the 3. annex to the decree. The winning Bidder makes the monthly advance normal, diet, and other special menus available electronically via the IT catering module by the 5th day of the month preceding the subject month. If the 5th day of the month is a non-working day or public holiday, the winning Bidder ensures availability on the first working day following the 5th of the month. The Inviting Party must, as part of their bid, prepare and submit menus for each type of meal subject to the public procurement in accordance with the specifications in the public procurement documentation. AK draws the AT's attention to the fact that if the technical bid or part of it is not submitted, the bid will be declared invalid by the Inviting Party pursuant to Kbt. 73. § (1) n) point. During the deficiency correction/clarification, only the non-significant, individual details of the technical bid can be corrected!
