3.1. Object scope of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: J. U. of 2026 pos. 663 – „Forest Act”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as in the field of nursery management, to be carried out in the area of Nadleśnictwo Przedborów in 2027.

2) The subject matter of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as in the field of nursery management, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex 2.2.1. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber logging; Annex 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter. Annex 2.4.3. - Number of hours.

3) The subject matters compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 are of an indicative nature.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are determined by Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of performing some of the activities described in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works or in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, in special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract.

5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works has been included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts („Package”) Package I Ostrzeszów – l: Marydół, Aniołki and Zmyślona; Package II Przedborów – l: Wanda, Przytocznica, Pieczyska and Torzeniec; Package III Węglewice – l: Kuźnica Grabowska, Foluszczyki, Brzeziny and Węglewice; Package IV Sokolniki – l: Czastary, Koziołek, Szustry, Sokolniki and Mieleszynek Package V Harwester Ostrzeszów – l: Marydół, Aniołki and Zmyślona; Package VI Harwester Przedborów – l: Wanda, Przytocznica, Pieczyska and Torzeniec; Package VII Harwester Węglewice – l: Kuźnica Grabowska, Foluszczyki, Brzeziny and Węglewice; Package VIII Harwester Sokolniki – l: Czastary, Koziołek, Szustry, Sokolniki and Mieleszynek Package IX Szkółka – Forest nursery Wanda. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, a bid submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SWZ for that Package.

8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of Nadleśnictwo Przedborów.
