Polen – Bosbouwdiensten – „Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Pniewy w roku 2027”

**Objects of the contract**

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026 item 663 – „Forest Act”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as nursery, seed, transport of seedlings, seeds and materials, and monitoring and supervision of burned areas to be carried out in the area of Nadleśnictwo Pniewy in 2027.

2) The subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as nursery, seed, transport of seedlings, seeds and materials, and monitoring and supervision of burned areas resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex 2.2.1. - detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Annex 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in forestry; Annex 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. Annex 2.5.1. - hours;

3) The subject areas compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 have an indicative character.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works" Annex 3.2. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works" Annex 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.4. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.5. „Description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works" Annex 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works (activities) specified in Annex 3.5. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex 3.3. to the SWZ or Annex 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works or in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management or in Annex 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works, in the special conditions concerning a given Package constituting the subject of the contract.

5) The descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptances of forest works has been included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts („Package”) Package I – forestry: Kaźmierz, Ostrolesie, Wielonek and Klemensowo; Package II – forestry: Pniewy, Duszniki and Szkółka Leśna „Dąbrowa”; Package III – forestry: Lubosz, Wituchowo, Urbanówko and Lwówek; The contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, an offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SWZ for that Package.

8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of Nadleśnictwo Pniewy.
