Onderwerp van de Overenkomst is de aankoop van adviesdiensten van externe adviseurs voor juridische, fiscale, accountancy- en andere gespecialiseerde diensten, voor de uitvoering van de verkoop van het Portfolio van Onbediende Leningen (De Transactie). De procedure en methodologie moeten in overeenstemming zijn met de eisen van de toezichthoudende autoriteiten/richtlijnen en moeten passend worden aangepast aan de gegevens van de OCH.

Subject of the Contract is the purchase of advisory services from external advisors for legal, tax, accounting and other specialized services, for the implementation of the sale of the Portfolio of Non-Performing Loans (the Transaction). The procedure and methodology must be in accordance with the requirements of the supervisory authorities/guidelines and must be appropriately adapted to the data of the OCH.
