Mixed, lump-sum, unit-price contract for the supply and installation of 2105 LED road lighting fixtures, and the dismantling and removal of 2051 existing road lighting fixtures, at locations specified in the Execution design documentation, within the administrative area of Budakeszi city. The winning tenderer is obliged to carry out the installation of the LED luminaires in accordance with the execution designs which are part of the procurement documentation. The winning tenderer is also responsible for preparing the implementation documentation, as well as waste management (removal and disposal of packaging materials, dismantled luminaires). The contracting authority cannot provide a site for the tenderers. The contracting authority has no claim on the luminaires to be dismantled; these must be removed by the winning tenderer, who is also responsible for waste management in accordance with the relevant legislation. The winning tenderer is obliged to employ an FVM and FAM fitter during the execution of the contract. The contracting authority draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that in the above, the luminaire is named only for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and that the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood next to the name, on the basis of which the contracting authority also accepts an equivalent or better solution than the specified one. If a tenderer, in the event of a reference to the technical content (or design or detailed price list), wishes to offer a different, equivalent tool, solution, etc. in the tender, the tenderer must indicate the LED luminaire, device type offered by him in the tender. The exact technical content and quantity of the procurement is contained in the detailed Price List and the technical documentation which form an appendix to this invitation.
