**Vállalkozási szerződés keretében a „Töltésfejlesztések a Felső-Tisza jobbpartján, az országhatár és Gulács között” tárgyú projekt a 2023. évi LXIX. törvény szerint és a hatályos jogszabályoknak megfelelő tartalommal.**

Implementation, operational, permitting documentation – 1 pc Execution plans (Right bank of the Tisza Dike between 48+200-51+991 tkm) - 1 pc Execution plans (Right bank of the Tisza Dike between 54+292-62+812 tkm) - 1 pc Reconstruction of the Badaló embankment - Preparation of a reuse plan - Examination and consideration of the principle of the DNSH It is the contractor's task to ensure that during the execution, the contractor checks and enforces the implementation of the interventions to be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant KEHOP Plusz call and the provisions of the procurement documents in section 3.19 of volume III. The DNSH principles related to the present investment are as follows: - Nature-based solutions and minimization of energy demand (partially) - Identification and consideration of ecological requirements - Use of native species - Green procurement (partially) - Preparation of a reuse plan The winning bidder is responsible for the preparation of the permitting, execution and implementation plans in accordance with the content of Government Decree 191/2009. (IX. 15.) and the valid legal regulations, as well as the preparation of the reuse plan with regard to the provisions of section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) The tenderer draws attention to the fact that, if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement required reference to a specific branded, sourced, typed item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the designation "or equivalent" shall be understood in every case. The tenderer draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the AT in the offer.
