Short Description:

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security (DG HR), is seeking to establish a framework agreement for comprehensive, employment-related support services. The framework agreement will cover a wide range of services, including but not limited to, career guidance, training, and personal development.

The services will be provided to staff members of the European Commission and other EU institutions and bodies, as well as to external stakeholders, such as job seekers, students, and organisations.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5 000 000.

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender, based on the criteria of quality, price, and experience.

Interested parties are invited to submit their tenders by the deadline of 25 October 2023.

De Europese Commissie, Directoraat-Generaal voor Menselijke Hulpbronnen en Veiligheid (DG HR), zoekt naar een ramenovereenkomst voor omvassende, werkgerelateerde ondersteuningsdiensten. De ramenovereenkomst omvat een breed scala aan diensten, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot, carrièrebegeleiding, opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

De diensten zullen worden verleend aan medewerkers van de Europese Commissie en andere EU-instellingen en organen, evenals aan externe belanghebbenden, zoals werkzoekenden, studenten en organisaties.

De ramenovereenkomst heeft een duur van 48 maanden, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging met een aanvullende 24 maanden. De geschatte totale waarde van de ramenovereenkomst bedraagt EUR 5 000 000.

De aanbesteding zal worden toegewezen aan het meest economisch voordelige bod, op basis van de criteria kwaliteit, prijs en ervaring.

Geïnteresseerde partijen worden uitgenodigd om hun bodden in te dienen voor de deadline van 25 oktober 2023.
