(135/2026) Open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, with award according to the lowest price criterion, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the selection of the contractor to whom to entrust the service of empty for full collection, transport and recovery of mixed construction and demolition waste, classified under EER code 17.09.04, other than those referred to in items 17.09.01, 17.09.02 and 17.09.03, including the supply of skips and big bags by concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, divided into 3 lots (Lot 1 CDR Genoa, Genovesato, Golfo Paradiso, large and small cemeteries of Genoa; Lot 2 Cemeteries of Genovesato; Lot 3 Cemeteries of Golfo Paradiso) for a duration of 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
