Beschrijving

Dit is een oproep tot mededinging van IE voor de aanbesteding van een ontwerp- en bouwcontract voor civiele en structurele aannemers via een kaderovereenkomst met één aanbieder. Een aannemer zal de enige leverancier zijn. DART+ is een transformatief programma van projecten dat erop gericht is om bestaande spoorwegdiensten in het Groot-Dublingebied (GDA) te moderniseren en te verbeteren. Het DART-netwerk zal uitbreiden van 50 kilometer tot 150 kilometer, waardoor de reizen met de voorstadslijn in het Groot-Dublingebied transformeren. Het zal een duurzame, geëlektrificeerde, betrouwbare en frequentere spoorwegdienst bieden, waarbij de capaciteit in alle spoorwegcorridors die Dublin bedienen verbeteren, waardoor DART-reizen met al zijn voordelen naar nieuwe en bestaande gemeenschappen komen. De levering van een nieuwe geëlektrificeerde vloot zal de capaciteit vergroten en de broeikasgasemissies verminderen.
