Het doel van dit contract is het bieden van begeleidingsdiensten voor het werkcontract “Aansluiting van Vinica aan WWTP Kocani, inclusief gedeeltelijke rehabilitatie en uitbreiding van het riool- en regenwaterstelsel in de gemeente Vinica”, dat zal worden uitgevoerd volgens de FIDIC Contractvoorwaarden (Rood Boek, 1999 editie).
