Proc. nr. 4396/AQ/2026 - Open telematic tender procedure in accordance with articles 25 and 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, to be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer in accordance with article 108 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement, divided into seven lots, with a single economic operator for each lot, in accordance with article 59, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the execution of works (lots 1, 2 and 3), design services at various levels, surveys and investigations, Site Management and Safety Coordination during the Execution phase (lots 4, 5 and 6), and for design verification services (lot 7), relating to the implementation of the Strategic Program for environmental requalification and hydraulic risk mitigation of the Sarno River.
