Kaderovereenkomst voor Drukwerkdiensten en Bedrijfsmerchandise

The framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for a period of 12 months. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is 1 000 000 EUR, excluding VAT.

The framework agreement shall be concluded with one or more economic operators.

The framework agreement shall cover the following services:

1. Printing services, including but not limited to:

- Design and layout

- Printing of documents, brochures, reports, and other materials

- Binding and finishing services

- Digital printing services

2. Corporate merchandise, including but not limited to:

- Branded promotional items

- Corporate gifts

- Clothing and accessories with corporate branding

The framework agreement shall be awarded to the economic operator(s) who offer(s) the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the cost-effectiveness and quality of the services provided.

The framework agreement shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. The economic operator(s) shall comply with the EU public procurement rules and regulations, including but not limited to Directive 2014/24/EU and Directive 2014/25/EU.

2. The economic operator(s) shall provide evidence of their financial, technical, and professional capacity to perform the services.

3. The economic operator(s) shall comply with the environmental and social standards set out in the tender documentation.

4. The economic operator(s) shall provide a detailed description of the services to be provided, including but not limited to the methods, techniques, and processes to be used, as well as the quality control measures to be implemented.

5. The economic operator(s) shall provide a detailed price list for the services to be provided, including but not limited to unit prices, discounts, and payment terms.

6. The economic operator(s) shall provide a detailed delivery schedule for the services to be provided, including but not limited to the estimated time of delivery and the delivery address.

7. The economic operator(s) shall provide a detailed description of the warranty and after-sales service to be provided, including but not limited to the duration of the warranty and the conditions for claiming the warranty.

8. The economic operator(s) shall provide a detailed description of the insurance coverage to be provided, including but not limited to the type of insurance, the coverage amount, and the insurance provider.

The framework agreement shall be subject to periodic review and evaluation to ensure that the services provided are of high quality and that the economic operator(s) comply with the conditions set out in the framework agreement.

The framework agreement may be terminated by either party in the event of a breach of the conditions set out in the framework agreement, or in the event of a change in the needs or requirements of the contracting authority.

The framework agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the contracting authority's member state.

The framework agreement shall be concluded in the English language.

The contracting authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the framework agreement at any time, without prior notice, and without incurring any liability to the economic operator(s).

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement to one or more economic operators, depending on the needs and requirements of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the framework agreement for a period of 12 months, subject to the conditions set out in the framework agreement.

The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the framework agreement at any time, without prior notice, and without incurring any liability to the economic operator(s), in the event of a breach of the conditions set out in the framework agreement, or in the event of a change in the needs or requirements of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the economic operator(s) as a result of the conclusion, performance, or termination of the framework agreement.

The economic operator(s) shall be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the contracting authority as a result of the performance of the services provided under the framework agreement.
