Open procedure for the award of a public contract in accordance with Article 18, paragraph 1, point 1 and paragraph 2, Article 73, paragraph 1 and Chapter 10, Section I of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP). The purpose of the procedure is to conclude framework agreements for each separate position with one contractor and all conditions are determined in them, without a subsequent internal competitive selection. Each participant has the right to submit an offer for one, for more than one or for all separate positions in the present contract. After the conclusion of the framework agreements, the Contracting Authority will send written requests to the selected contractor for the conclusion of separate contracts for the acquisition of kitchen equipment and appliances.
