Heating/Sanitary

The services are divided into three sub-areas: construction of a new primary school, renovation of a secondary school, and renovation of OGTS Römerweg. The services include, among other things, the following measures:

- Laying of approximately 340m of stainless steel heating pipes

- Laying of approximately 5,400m of FBH heating pipes

- Construction and operation of a rough construction heating system with four air heaters on the existing structure

- Installation of approximately 8 heating circuit distributors

- Installation of a double lifting station

- Installation of a wall-mounted cold water generator

- Laying of approximately 260m of PP drain pipes

- Laying of approximately 180m of stainless steel drinking water pipes

- Installation of approximately 30 toilets, 18 urinals, 3 washbasins and 32 washbasins

- Installation of approximately 5 UT instantaneous water heaters
