Nederland – Computeraudit- en testdiensten – Pentesting

TenneT TSO B.V. intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single service provider for the delivery of penetration testing services in the Netherlands. The services cover the planning, coordination, execution, reporting and governance of penetration tests across TenneT’s IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The scope includes network and infrastructure testing, cloud and application security testing, API testing, endpoint testing, source code reviews, OT/SCADA testing, threat modelling, retesting and related advisory services. The objective is to establish a structured, scalable and risk-based penetration testing service aligned with Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). Activities related to TenneT Germany and remediation activities are explicitly excluded from the scope.
