3.1. Objectscope of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: J. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, hunting and agricultural management, to be carried out in the area of the Strzałowo Forest District in 2027. 2) The subject scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, hunting and agricultural management resulting from Annex no. 2 to SWZ.
