Developing and maintaining the Fisheries Register (KIR), the Application for Submitting Fishing Data (PERK), the Electronic Fishing Logbook Application (ERS), fish data exchange solutions, reporting software and related interfaces and collaborative software. The development and maintenance work includes, among other things: 1. project management; 2. system analysis; 3. compiling queries and reports; 4. software and database design; 5. programming; 6. testing; 7. documentation; 8. consultation; 9. other work necessary for the development and maintenance of KIR, PERK, ERS, FLUX, reporting and related fisheries information systems. During the implementation of the framework agreement, the contracting authority may also order the modernisation, replacement or new solutions in the fisheries sector. The estimated cost of the framework agreement to be concluded is 2 000 000 euros excluding VAT.
