Contract/Contracts for a Guarantee Line for the Security of Contributions to IRGiT or other Beneficiaries

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (TAURON) of a bilateral framework agreement with a maximum of four contractors for the provision of a guarantee line enabling the issuance of bank guarantees for the obligations of TAURON and the companies of the TAURON Group to:

a) Scope 1: Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych S.A. ("IRGiT") as security for transactions carried out on Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. ("Scope 1"),

b) Scope 2: other beneficiaries ("Scope 2"), based on orders placed by TAURON (based on an agreement concluded by the Contractor exclusively with TAURON).
