3.1. Object scope of the contract 1) The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: J. U. of 2026 pos. 663 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, mechanical soil preparation for regeneration, all economic works on the Forest Nursery "Brzeźnica", seed production, OHZ LP "Tworóg" Nadleśnictwa Brynek, agricultural and meadow management, to be carried out on the territory of Nadleśnictwa Brynek in 2027. 2) The object scope of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, mechanical soil preparation for regeneration, all economic works on the Forest Nursery "Brzeźnica", seed production, OHZ LP "Tworóg" Nadleśnictwa Brynek, agricultural and meadow management resulting from Annex 2 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. - planned size of works; Annex 2.2.1. - detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex 2.3.1. - forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting and maintenance; Annex 2.3.2. - assortment layout of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex 2.3.3. - compilation of distances and conditions of timber logging; Annex 2.3.4. - compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex 2.3.5. - compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. - information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the maintenance of forest crops; Annex 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for regenerations carried out with the help of a planter. 3) The object scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 have an indicative nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works"; Annex 3.2. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works"; Annex 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management"; Annex 3.4. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management"; Annex 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of hunting management"; Annex 3.6. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of hunting management"; Annex 3.7. "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of agricultural and meadow management"; Annex 3.8. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of agricultural and meadow management"; Annex 3.9. "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of fire protection"; Annex 3.10. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of fire protection"; The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual works (activities); forestry, nursery management, seed production, works in the field of hunting management, works in the field of agricultural and meadow management, works in the field of fire protection, specified in Annex 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to SWZ, constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters as Annexes 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.8, 3.10 contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex 3.1., 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing works; forestry, nursery management, seed production, works in the field of hunting management, works in the field of agricultural and meadow management, works in the field of fire protection in special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex 3 to SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works has been included in Annex 3 to SWZ. 7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package").
