RIF. APP. 24/2026 - Open procedure, pursuant to Articles 71 and 155 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to Articles 59 C.3 and 154 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, with a duration of 24 months, concerning the assignment of the service for the mass replacement of 230,000 obsolete mechanical meters with DN15 smart meters for potable water use, of the static type, equipped with an integrated multiprotocol tele-reading system (Wireless M-Bus, LoRaWAN and Sigfox) in the entire territorial area of Regione Sardegna, divided into 4 lots.
