PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of white goods. The contracting authority is responsible for covering the total need for nursing home places in Oslo municipality, except in the Act on municipal health and care services. The contracting authority ́s aim is to give persons with a need for 24 hour nursing, rehabilitation and care the best possible offer within the approved political, economic and administrative frameworks in Oslo municipality. The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to cover the agency's need for white goods.
