Dinamikus system of procurement (DBR) to obtain IT equipment, supplies, software licenses and related services for Budapest Gyógyfürdő és Hévízei Zrt. The estimated total value of the quantities to be ordered by the Inviting Party during the operation period of the DBR (2 years) is 110,000,000 Ft. The maximum expected size of individual contracts to be awarded within the DBR does not exceed 90,000,000,- Ft. The Inviting Party also draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not create a call-off obligation for them, and that the net estimated values determined by category represent the planned size. The Inviting Party may deviate from this in the tendering phases. Categories (with reference to Kbt. 106. § (4) paragraph) 1. Computers, servers, peripherals and related services Desktop computers, their accessories and components, laptops and their accessories, other IT devices, televisions, monitors and their accessories, accessories, projectors and their accessories, components, accessories, interactive boards, monitors and accessories and educational-technical devices with related services, servers, storage devices and components, accessories, other components, accessories for existing IT equipment, data carriers; Estimated value: 58 million Ft 2. Network, security and telecommunications equipment and related services Network active and passive devices, accessories, components; security devices; telecommunications devices; Estimated value: 14 million Ft 3. Small/large capacity printing devices. Accessories and components and related services Small/large capacity printing devices (min. 25 sheets/color and black-and-white printing + copy and scan function), toners, ink cartridges, accessories and components for printers and copier devices; Estimated value: 13 million Ft 4. Software and licenses IT security software, firewalls, operating systems, office applications, software licenses, database managers, virtualization software licenses; Estimated value: 15 million Ft 5. Audiovisual devices, uninterruptible power supplies, and related accessories, services Cameras, cameras and accessories, audio/video devices, accessories, elements, batteries, chargers, uninterruptible power supplies; Estimated value: 5 million Ft 6. Service elements related to the categories Installation, operation, testing, troubleshooting, support, consulting, development; Estimated value: 5 million Ft The further characteristics of the product categories, the technical description of the devices are contained in the technical description. The Inviting Party, during the operation of the DBR, based on Kbt. 107. § (2) paragraph, makes the exact technical content and contractual conditions related to the specific procurements to be implemented in the system available to the economic operators participating in the DBR at the same time as sending the tender invitation(s). Within this/these, the Inviting Party determines which product category(ies) the products and devices included in the specific procurement belong to. The Inviting Party, based on Kbt. 107. § (2) paragraph, reserves the right to determine, during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as sending the tender invitation, depending on the specific procurement need related to the procurement specified therein, and depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements, the possibilities for submitting sub-tenders.
