**III.1.3) Opis**

The European Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission") intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of services to support the implementation of the Digital Europe Programme (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme"). The Programme aims to strengthen the digital transformation of the EU and to support the development of a digital single market. The Programme will be implemented through a series of calls for proposals, which will be published on the Funding & Tenders Portal (https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders).

The framework agreement will cover a wide range of services, including:

- Provision of technical and administrative support for the implementation of the Programme;

- Provision of support for the evaluation and selection of proposals;

- Provision of support for the monitoring and evaluation of the Programme;

- Provision of support for the dissemination and communication of the Programme.

The Commission intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of these services.
