Dinamikus system of procurement for the creation of „Metró telephelyek és járművek takarítása” (BKV Zrt. TD-304/25). The contracting authority operates and maintains the metro vehicles, sites, and facilities, and performs cleaning and hygiene tasks for the vehicles, sites, and facilities during the period of the DBR, in accordance with the invitations to tender sent during that period. The contracting authority, at the time of initiating the procedure, in the item list issued as part of the procurement documents, requests the above services to be ensured at the specified locations. The list is informative; the contracting authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the DBR, the contracting authority may typically request the following services under the contract(s) to be concluded: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad-hoc cleaning services (other, unforeseen cleaning tasks due to various reasons), - disinfection cleaning (offices, sites, warehouses, boiler houses, depots, etc.) - other, supplementary services (refilling liquid soap, refilling toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.) The contracting authority, during the implementation of the DBR, based on the 107. § (2) of the Kbt., provides the participating economic operators with the precise technical description and contractual conditions related to the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender. The general expectations regarding the performance of the individual cleaning services are presented in the technical description issued in the invitation to tender section, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
