The present contract has for object the supply, training and maintenance of a digital twin of the building constituting the seat of the contracting authority.

The digital twin will be used to optimise the management of the building, improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. The contractor will be responsible for the supply of the necessary hardware and software, the installation and configuration of the system, the training of the staff of the contracting authority and the maintenance of the system for a period of 5 years.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5 000 000 (excl. VAT).

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 31 December 2023.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer offering the best value for money. The award criteria are as follows:

- Price (40%)

- Technical merit (40%)

- Experience and qualifications of the tenderer (20%)

The contract will be subject to the rules and regulations of the European Union, in particular the Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement.
