Finlandia – Żywność, napoje, tytoń i produkty pokrewne – Elintarvikkeet ja non-food tuotteet 2022–2026 (DPS)

Ten dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DPS) covers food products used by the premises of the City of Helsinki and Helsingin konsernihankinta Oy, as well as a small amount of non-food products supporting the operation of professional kitchens, such as cleaning supplies and food preparation equipment needed for kitchens. In addition, the dynamic procurement system covers services related to the ordering and use of these products, such as logistics services. The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes. DPS is a procurement channel to supplement, or be an alternative to, food purchases made through existing framework agreements for food products. All interested candidates may request the right to participate in the dynamic procurement system for the entire duration of the dynamic procurement system. The number of candidates accepted for DPS is not limited. The units of the City of Helsinki will implement the procurements among the suppliers accepted into the dynamic procurement system through internal competitions within the DPS.
