**DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT:**

The objective of the contract is to provide a comprehensive range of services to support the implementation of the Horizon Europe programme, with a focus on the coordination and management of open, inclusive and secure research and innovation activities.

The services will include, but are not limited to:

- Support for the preparation and implementation of calls for proposals, including the development of work programmes, evaluation criteria and selection procedures.

- Assistance in the coordination and management of projects, including monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and providing technical and administrative support.

- Organisation of events, workshops and conferences to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.

- Development and dissemination of communication materials to raise awareness and promote the programme's objectives and achievements.

- Provision of expert advice and support on policy and strategic issues related to open, inclusive and secure research and innovation.

The services will be provided over a period of 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months.

€1,500,000.00 (exclusive of VAT)
