Dinamikus system of procurement „DBR - Cleaning of Surface Passenger Transport Areas” (BKV Zrt. TD-303/25). The Contracting Authority requests the performance of cleaning and hygiene tasks for the surface passenger transport areas it operates and maintains during the DBR period, in accordance with the details of the call(s) for tenders sent during this period. At the time of initiating the procedure, the Contracting Authority, as part of the procurement documents, requests the provision of the above services at the locations defined in the item list issued. The list is informative; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded within the DBR, the Contracting Authority may typically order the following services: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad hoc cleaning services (other cleaning tasks necessitated by unforeseen reasons), - disinfection cleaning (offices, sites, warehouses, boiler houses, depots, etc.), - other, supplementary services (refilling liquid soap, refilling toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.). During the implementation of the DBR, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, provides the participating economic operators with the specific technical description and contractual conditions related to the concrete public procurements to be implemented within the system, simultaneously with the sending of the call for tenders. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The general expectations related to the performance of the individual cleaning services are set out in the technical description issued in the tendering phase, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
