Trócaire invites tenders for the provision of Research Services for Civil Society Space. A consultancy is proposed, building on the 2025 scoping study led by ODI and other relevant resources, to research further and make recommendations to Trócaire for deepening the organisation’s support to grassroots actors and social movements as the organisation develops its next Strategic Plan.
