Dinamikus system of procurement creation "Cleaning of central and other facilities (BKV Zrt. TD-302/25). The Contracting Authority operates and maintains central and other facilities, cleaning and hygiene tasks to be performed during the DBR period sent in the call for tenders. The Contracting Authority, at the time of the start of the procedure, in the list of items issued as part of the procurement documents, requests to ensure the above services at the specified locations. The list is informative, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded within the DBR, the Contracting Authority may typically request the following services: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad hoc cleaning services (other, unforeseen cleaning tasks), - disinfection cleaning (offices, sites, warehouses, boiler houses, depots, etc.) - other, supplementary services (refilling liquid soap, refilling toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.) The Contracting Authority, during the implementation of the DBR, based on the Kbt. 107. § (2) provision, provides the concrete public procurement to be implemented in the system, a detailed technical description and contractual conditions for the economic operator participating in the DBR, simultaneously with the sending of the call for tenders. The general requirements for the performance of individual cleaning services are presented in the technical description issued in the tendering phase, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
