Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) is created for the supply of medical devices for surgical activities. The term of the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) is 36 months. Supply of medical devices for surgical activities through a dynamic procurement system according to technical specifications, detailed in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. The forecasted quantities of the products to be delivered will be indicated in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Due to their forecast nature, the indicated quantities will not represent either a minimum or a maximum total quantity that the Contracting Authority will declare for delivery during the period of execution of the respective contract. When executing the concluded contracts for the supply of medical devices, the Contracting Authority will declare such quantities of products as it needs, taking into account the volume and nature of the activity it carries out.
