The Northern European Investment Bank (NEIB) is seeking to conclude a framework agreement with one or more suppliers for the supply of electrical and electronic equipment, including but not limited to:

- Electrical and electronic equipment for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.

- Electrical and electronic equipment for the operation and maintenance of public services and utilities.

- Electrical and electronic equipment for the implementation of energy efficiency measures.

- Electrical and electronic equipment for the implementation of renewable energy projects.

- Electrical and electronic equipment for the implementation of smart city initiatives.

The framework agreement will cover a period of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months, at the discretion of the NEIB. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5,000,000.

The framework agreement will be divided into lots, with each lot corresponding to a specific category of electrical and electronic equipment. The exact number and composition of the lots will be determined by the NEIB, based on the responses received from suppliers.

Suppliers interested in participating in this procurement procedure must submit a tender by 2023-10-19.
