Ballerup Kommune udbyder totalentreprise vedrørende Skovlunde Skole, afdeling Lundebjerg. Opgaven består i hovedtræk af tre større opgaver. Kapacitetsudvidelse, komplet tagudskiftning samt udskiftning af vinduer og døre. Det bemærkes, at opgaven skal udføres på en skole i drift.

Formålet med projektet er at fremtidssikre Skovlunde Skole, afdeling Lundebjerg, gennem en helhedsorienteret renovering og kapacitetsudvidelse, der understøtter skolens udvikling fra 2-sporet til 3-sporet skole. Projektet skal sikre tidssvarende, funktionelle og fleksible lærings- og arbejdsmiljøer, der imødekommer den stigende elev- og medarbejdertilgang samt understøtter skolens pædagogiske, driftsmæssige og sociale behov.

Renoveringen skal gennemføres på et fælles og robust grundlag med fokus på kvalitet, bæredygtige løsninger, sikkerhed og hensynet til en skole i fortsat drift. Projektet skal skabe velfungerende rammer for undervisning, fritidsordning og øvrige aktiviteter gennem optimering af arealer, forbedring af faciliteter og modernisering af bygningernes klimaskærm og tekniske installationer.

Ballerup Municipality is offering a total enterprise concerning Skovlunde School, Lundebjerg branch. The task mainly consists of three major tasks. Capacity expansion, complete roof replacement and replacement of windows and doors. It is noted that the task must be performed on a school in operation.

The aim of the project is to future-proof Skovlunde School, Lundebjerg branch, through a holistic renovation and capacity expansion that supports the school's development from a 2-track to a 3-track school. The project must ensure up-to-date, functional and flexible learning and working environments that meet the increasing number of students and staff and support the school's pedagogical, operational and social needs.

The renovation must be carried out on a common and robust basis with a focus on quality, sustainable solutions, safety and consideration for a school in continued operation. The project must create well-functioning frameworks for teaching, after-school care and other activities through optimisation of areas, improvement of facilities and modernisation of the buildings' climate screen and technical installations.
