The following text is a TED notice:

**II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s):**

The contract is for the provision of a digital solution for school administration, tailored to the administration for Upper Secondary School & Labour Market of Kungsbacka kommun. The solution will be used to support the administration of the Upper Secondary School & Labour Market in Kungsbacka kommun, including but not limited to:

- student administration,

- course administration,

- timetable administration,

- resource administration,

- communication with students and parents,

- reporting and statistics.

The solution should be able to integrate with other systems used by Kungsbacka kommun, such as the municipal administration system and the financial system. The solution should also be able to support the specific needs and requirements of the Upper Secondary School & Labour Market in Kungsbacka kommun, such as the administration of vocational education and training programmes.

The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years. The total estimated value of the contract is EUR 500,000.
