Dinamikus system of procurement (DSP) to establish a system for the installation and rental of mobile adsorbers for use in drinking water management. The task of the tenderer is to install mobile adsorber tanks filled with fresh activated carbon at the site specified by the DRV Zrt., as the Contracting Authority, and to optionally carry out the thermal reactivations necessary to maintain the performance of the adsorbent filled into the stationary tanks, as well as to compensate for operational and technological losses during the rental period.
