The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), represented by the Head of the Logistics and Operations Support Division, is organising a call for tenders for the supply of vehicles by leasing, including maintenance, assistance and tyre supply services, as well as the sale of used vehicles.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer offering the best value for money, taking into account the following criteria:

1. Price: 60%

2. Technical and organisational capacity: 20%

3. Financial capacity: 20%

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 1,500,000 (excluding VAT).

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 2023-12-31.
