Finnország – Elektronikus hirdetőtáblák – MLNRV3 (Artic X34) raitiovaunujen pysäkkinäytöt

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy järjestää tarjouskilpailun RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy:n toimeksiannosta MLNRV3 (Artic X34) -raitiovaunujen uusien pysäkkinäyttöjen hankinnasta. Vaunusarjan koko on 70 raitiovaunua. Näyttöjä hankintaan yhteensä 385 kpl, joista 350 kpl asennetaan raitiovaunuihin ja 35 kpl tulee varalaitteiksi. Hankinnan kohteena on MLNRV3 (Artic X34) -raitiovaunuihin tulevat pysäkkinäytöt. Hankinta sisältää ainoastaan pysäkkinäyttöjen toimituksen. Yhdessä raitiovaunussa on yhteensä viisi (5) kappaletta pysäkkinäyttöjä. Näyttöjen sijainti raitiovaunuissa tulee olemaan kulkukäytävän yläpuolella katon rajassa. Näyttöjen tarkoituksena on välittää matkustajille tietoa seuraavista pysäkeistä ja muista matkustamiseen liittyvistä olennaisista asioista. Pysäkkinäyttöjen arvioidut toimitusajankohdat ajoittuvat vuosille 2027–2028. Toimittajan tulee kyetä toimittamaan näyttöjä, jotka täyttävät teknisessä liitteessä (liite 3) asetetut pakolliset vähimmäisvaatimukset. Tarjottujen näyttöjen elinkaaren tulee olla vähintään viisi (5) vuotta viimeisen erän toimituksesta, ja näyttöjen odotetaan palvelevan käytössä mahdollisimman pitkään. Takuuaika näytöille on 24 kuukautta, ja sen aikaiset velvoitteet on kuvattu tarkemmin sopimusluonnoksella. Takuuajan ulkopuolella tulee olla mahdollisuus lähettää hankittavat laitteet huollettavaksi. The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Transport Company is organizing a tender on behalf of RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy of the procurement of the new stop display screens for MLNRV3 (Artic X34) trams. The total fleet consists of 70 trams. Total of 385 displays will be procured, of which 350 units will be installed in the trams and 35 units will serve as spare devices. The subject of the procurement is the stop display screens for MLNRV3 (Artic X34) trams. The procurement includes only the supply of the stop display screens. Each tram is equipped with a total of five (5) stop displays. The location of the displays in the trams will be above the aisle, at the ceiling level. The purpose of the displays is to provide passengers with information on upcoming stops and other matters relevant to their journey. The estimated delivery dates are between 2027-2028. The supplier shall be capable of delivering displays that comply with the mandatory minimum requirements specified in the technical appendix (Appendix 3). The service life of the offered displays shall be at least five (5) years from the delivery of the final batch, and the displays are expected to remain operational for as long as possible. The warranty period for the displays is 24 months, and the obligations applicable during the warranty period are described in more detail in the draft agreement. After the expiry of the warranty period, it must be possible to send the procured devices for maintenance and repair services.
