DE: Die bestehende Instandhaltungsanlage am Standort Giesshübel in Zürich ist technisch und betrieblich überholt und erfüllt die zukünftigen Anforderungen an modernes Rollmaterial nicht mehr. Vorgesehen ist der Rückbau der bestehenden Anlage und der Neubau einer zukunftsfähigen Instandhaltungsanlage mit zwei rund 130 m langen Gleisen und Waschanlage. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Projektsteuerung / Bauherrenvertretung zur ganzheitlichen Führung des Projekts und optimalen Begleitung dieses vielseitigen komplexen Projektes. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Beauftragung einer erfahrenen Projektsteuerung / Bauherrenvertretung, welche den Bauherrn bei der Planung und Realisierung der neuen Instandhaltungsanlage ganzheitlich unterstützt und eine zielgerichtete Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Risiken sicherstellt. Nous recherchons une équipe expérimentée en gestion de projet / représentation du maître d’ouvrage, capable d’assurer la conduite globale du projet et d’accompagner de manière optimale sa réalisation, compte tenu de sa diversité et de sa complexité.
