Lot 1: Emergency service and operation of sanitary facilities

Service 1 – Unblocking service for wastewater facilities

24/7 emergency service to remove blockages and malfunctions in wastewater facilities at Düsseldorf Airport. The scope of services includes in particular the cleaning and unblocking of wastewater pipes, sanitary facilities, floor and rainwater drains, as well as the performance of necessary diagnostic and documentation measures.

Service 2 – Fault clearance, control and maintenance of WC facilities

24/7 emergency service for all WC facilities, including regular inspection tours, fault clearance and minor damage, replacement of sanitary components, as well as ensuring the operational readiness and functionality of the sanitary facilities.

Lot 2: Sanitary, wastewater and caretaker services on call

Service 3 – Framework call for sanitary, wastewater and minor maintenance

Carrying out maintenance, repair, conversion and minor repair work on sanitary and wastewater facilities, as well as providing additional caretaker services on call. These include, among others, repairs, leakage detection, structural drying, plant cleaning, signage work, property inspections and other technical services on the airport site.
