Ten dynamic procurement system covers the Products required by the Contracting Authorities, which consist of ICT equipment and accessories as well as Services related to the Products. The subject of the procurement are the following product groups:

- Basic workstations

- Power workstations

- Basic monitors

- Diagnostic monitors

- Standalone monitors

- Portable computers

- Printers (monochrome + colour)

- Multifunction devices (monochrome + colour)

- Label, wristband and card printers

- Printing materials and consumables also for existing printing devices

- Treatment area workstations, power workstations, panel PCs and battery panel PCs, monitors and equipment trolleys

- Equipment trolleys and stands

- iOS and Android tablet computers

- PDA devices

- Barcode readers

- Rugged devices: portable computers, PDA devices, tablets, printers

- Telecommunication network devices: local area network (LAN and WLAN) devices, wide area network (WAN) devices and machine network devices as well as cybersecurity devices

- On-premises servers and storage solutions: for example, shared server computers, small servers for each site, servers related to cybersecurity and monitoring, special high-performance servers for specific uses

- for example, devices for centralized data storage, storage in servers, backup devices

- Additional devices: for example, mice, keyboards and other controllers, docking stations, card readers, external drives and solid-state drives, headphones and speakers, webcams

In addition, the Contracting Authorities may procure other similar ICT equipment and accessories. Services: The subject of the procurement are the following Services related to the Products and their installation and commissioning, as well as additional services related to the Products, such as delivery, maintenance, installation, expert and consulting services. Unlike the above, old device collection service, used device buffer stock service, recycling service, secure disposal service and expert services can also be procured under a separate contract for the device. Examples of Services related to the Products: E-shop (order portal). E-shop for ordering Products and Services. Buffer stock service for storing agreed Products for the Contracting Authority's needs. Pre-installation service for Products, for example, installing the operating system and software on the purchased Product. Product unpacking service, in which the Supplier unpacks the device from possible packaging and places the device in the final installation location or another location indicated by the Contracting Authority. Installation service, in which the Supplier unpacks the Products from possible packaging, installs them at the location agreed with the Contracting Authority, connects the equipment to the power and telecommunications network and tests and ensures the operability of the equipment. Old device collection service, in which the Supplier collects the device to be removed from use from the Contracting Authority and is responsible for the recycling of the device. Recycling service, in which the Supplier is responsible for the recycling of the device at a centralized point, to which the Contracting Authority delivers the Product to be removed from use. Secure disposal service, in which the Supplier securely and reliably destroys the data contained in the device's storage components. Maintenance and support service for telecommunications equipment, server equipment and security equipment, which includes the device's maintenance and support service, which includes, for example, software update rights, technical support in fault situations, standby device service or exchange device warranty or repair time service. Software update service for telecommunications equipment, server equipment and security equipment, which includes the device's software update rights included in the device's purchase price for the entire life cycle of the device without additional charge. The content, quantity, delivery times and other relevant information of the Services are specified in internal competitions. Services related to the Products cannot be procured separately, but must be related to the Product to be procured by the Contracting Authority under the procurement contract.
