Norway – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – R0007EBE - Framework agreement for ventilation and filters.

The Agency for Buildings and Property manages approx. 1.3 million m2 buildings and is tasked with covering Bergen municipality ́s need for premises and outside areas. The total property mass is divided between 8 districts. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value. To cover the agency ́s need for upgrades and maintenance of the buildings, Bergen municipality, c/o the Building and Property Department, intends to enter into framework agreements with two tenderers for ventilation services and the delivery of filters.
