OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The object of the contract are ballistically protected personnel shelters. The material is intended for international aid to conflict areas. The personnel shelters are for use by the personnel of the rescue service. The containers must be hook-liftable containers compliant with the SFS ISO 668 standard. The supplier will be required to provide, among other things, air conditioning, electrification, thermal insulation and heating.

The specific requirements of the containers in question will be detailed in the final invitation to tender drawn up as a result of the negotiations.

CONTRACT VALUE

The value of the contract is initially estimated at a maximum of 30 units in 2026 and a maximum of 45 units in 2027 and 2028. The number of containers to be procured will be specified during the negotiations and defined in the final invitation to tender. The procurements for 2027 and 2028 are defined as options, as the funding for these years has not yet been secured. The implementation of follow-up procurements and their scale will depend on the funding situation.
