The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for planning services. Relevant assignments under the framework agreement can, between others, include development of area plans, zoning plans and various developments, such as ros-analyses, impact developments etc. The contracting authority may well carry out equivalent competitions for assignments where it is assessed as the most driving target. Some assignments can also be carried out in general.
