Irlanda – Serviços de reparação e manutenção de equipamento em edifícios – Tender for the provision of Building Maintenance Services and Minor Projects at MTU Cork

Munster Technological University is seeking tenders from competent contractors to undertake Building Maintenance Services and Minor Projects at MTU Cork who will be based on the Bishopstown Campus full-time. This tender will cover the Bishopstown campus and city centre premises along with any new buildings that may come under the remit of MTU during the lifetime of this contract. The works can include a wide variety of activities as would be expected on a large campus but not limited to the following; carpentry, repair of building fabric, repairs to footpaths, roadways and carparks, drains and gully cleaning, upgrade of offices, classrooms and laboratories, setting up for events, moving furniture/equipment etc. Full details can be found in the tender documentation attached to this Contract Notice.
