Insurance framework agreement „Casco insurance contract for KEF”. The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) manages, operates or possesses, on the day of the procedure's launch, a total of 2 177 units + 50% of official vehicles (passenger car, bus, truck, trailer, semi-trailer, moped) on that day, for the provision of CASCO services for the vehicle fleet, up to a total net framework amount of 1.910.000.000,- Ft as defined in the Procurement Documents (hereinafter: PD). Out of the 2 177 vehicles, 1 944 are passenger cars. The quantity data provided in the PD are of an informative nature, determined for evaluation purposes. The contracting authority undertakes a commitment to draw down 75% of the framework amount. Contract validity: The contract's start date (start of risk assumption): the first day of the month following the expiry of the previous contract INK/44/19/2024, but no earlier than 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, which can be extended once by an additional 12 months. Initiation of extension: no later than 5 (five) months before the expiry on 31 December 2028, by a written statement from the Contracting Authority/Insured to the Insurer, to which the Insurer can respond negatively within 15 (fifteen) days after receipt. In the latter case, the contract expires at the end of the original term.
