The contracting authority is the European Union, represented by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, Directorate C - Space, Unit C.4 - Space Research, Copernicus and Earth Observation, located at Avenue de Beaulieu 25, 1160 Brussels, Belgium.

Awarding authority: European Commission, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, Directorate C - Space, Unit C.4 - Space Research, Copernicus and Earth Observation.

The purpose of this contract is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Bias Voltage Supplies for the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).

The estimated total value of the contract is EUR 2 000 000,00 (exclusive of VAT).

The duration of the framework agreement is 48 months from the date of signature.

Maximum duration of the framework agreement: 48 months.

The framework agreement is divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Bias Voltage Supplies for ESA

Lot 2: Bias Voltage Supplies for EUMETSAT

Lot 3: Bias Voltage Supplies for both ESA and EUMETSAT

The estimated value of each lot is as follows:

Lot 1: EUR 800 000,00 (exclusive of VAT)

Lot 2: EUR 600 000,00 (exclusive of VAT)

Lot 3: EUR 600 000,00 (exclusive of VAT)

The deadline for the receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 16.00 (Brussels local time) on 05/10/2023.

The estimated start date of the contract is 01/01/2024.

The estimated end date of the contract is 31/12/2027.

The language of the procurement procedure is English.

The procurement is governed by the rules of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union, as amended.
