Bélgica – Microscópios de fluorescência – Purchase, delivery and installation of a high-sample throughput and automated quantitative multispectral whole-slide imaging and analysis system

Aquisição, entrega e instalação de um sistema de imagem e análise de lâmina inteira quantitativa, automatizada e de alto rendimento espectral multicolor.

The following are the technical specifications:

• The system must be able to perform multispectral imaging with a minimum of 6 spectral bands.

• The system must have a minimum resolution of 200 nm.

• The system must be able to scan at least 100 whole slides per day.

• The system must have a minimum field of view of 200 mm x 100 mm.

• The system must be able to perform automated quantitative analysis of the scanned slides.

• The system must be compatible with the following file formats: TIFF, JPEG, PNG, and DICOM.

• The system must be able to integrate with the laboratory's existing software and hardware infrastructure.

• The system must comply with the relevant EU regulations and standards, including but not limited to, the Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) (EU) 2017/745.

The delivery and installation of the system must be completed within 6 months from the date of the order. The supplier must provide on-site training and support for the laboratory staff. The warranty period for the system is 3 years.

The supplier must submit a detailed technical proposal, including a description of the system, its specifications, and how it meets the requirements outlined above. The proposal must also include a detailed cost breakdown, delivery schedule, and maintenance plan. The supplier must also provide references from at least 3 satisfied customers who have purchased and used a similar system.

The contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the most competitive and compliant proposal. The evaluation criteria will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Technical compliance with the requirements outlined above (40%).

• Cost-effectiveness (30%).

• Delivery and installation schedule (15%).

• Maintenance and support plan (10%).

• Supplier's reputation and references (5%).

The contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the most competitive and compliant proposal.
