A presente frame agreement relates to diagnostic radiology (MR scans and descriptions) and is divided into two sub-contracts. One sub-contract covers the imaging area of Aarhus University Hospital, Regionshospitalet Randers and Regionshospitalet Horsens, and the other sub-contract covers the imaging area of Regionshospitalet Gødstrup and Hospitalsenhed Midt. The purpose of the present tender is to ensure that patients have a short waiting time for MR scan and description and to ensure compliance with the Right to Quick Investigation and the Extended Free Hospital Choice. Therefore, the contracting authority wishes to enter into cooperation agreements with one or more private hospitals or clinics that can perform the examination and transfer the image material with description to the referring unit within the applicable deadlines from the referral date. The frame agreement will run for 2 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months.
