Contracting Authority AGENCIJA REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE ZA JAVNOPRAVNE EVIDENCE IN STORITVE, Tržaška cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana, represented by director Tomaž Klemenc (hereinafter: the contracting authority), in its own name and on its own behalf, pursuant to Article 40 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 - US Decision, 100/22 - ZNUZSZS, 28/23, 88/23 - ZOPNN-F and 83/25 - ZOUL; hereinafter: ZJN-3), invites tenderers to submit a tender in accordance with the requirements of this tender documentation and the instructions to tenderers for the submission of a tender for the execution of the public contract No. 430-67/2026-18 (hereinafter: tender documentation), the subject of which is "Development, upgrading and maintenance of information systems of other registers" (hereinafter: Development, upgrading and maintenance of information systems AJPES (IS DRE_01)).
