1. Contracting Authority orders the Contractor to print the wroclaw.pl bulletin in a quantity of up to 53 (fifty-three) copies within 36 (thirty-six) opportunities. The opportunities have been described in the Specification of Contract Conditions. 2. Each bulletin issue contains an ISSN. 3. Under the contract, the Contracting Authority will order: a) at least 5% of the gross contract value, b) at most 100% of the gross contract value. 4. Technical specification: a) two-sided colour printing (CMYK 4/4), b) base format: width 280 mm and height 345 mm (printing tolerance +/- 10mm), c) minimum grammage is 40 g/m2, d) the paper used for printing the bulletin must meet the environmental aspect, i.e. come from recycling or from raw material from responsibly managed forests. 5. There is a possibility to change the base format of the bulletin print issue with the agreement of both Parties, provided that the Contractor has the technical conditions to perform the print in a different format than the declared base format. All changes must be accepted by the Contracting Authority. 6. Each copy of the bulletin must meet the technical specification requirements indicated in the subject of the order. 7. The detailed description of the subject of the order and all information regarding the conducted procedure, including, among others, (deadline for order execution, exclusion bases, participation conditions, subject matter evidence, object evidence, requirements regarding defects, offer binding period, manner and deadline for submission and opening of offers, description of the pricing method, description of criteria, security of proper contract execution) are contained in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which is available on the following websites: a) https://araw.pl/ b) https://bip.araw.pl/ c) https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/
